Presentation Guidelines > Poster

The poster should be a visual presentation of your submitted abstract. The poster should look visually appealing, easy to read and contain key information about your research.

Size: Format A0 – Height 118.9 cm / Width 84.1 cm - The orientation format of your poster must be portrait. Your poster should be printed on either cloth or paper.

Poster can be setup before the poster session, as soon as during the welcome drink, and can be left during the entire conference. Clips will be provided to set up your poster. You may wish to produce a handout to accompany your poster. Please bring your poster already printed, as there will be no printing services available on site.

Here are some further recommendations:

a) The title of your poster should be at the top, in large letters to get the viewers’ attention

b) Posters should then display the authors’ institutions of origin and contact details.

c) Your goal is to convey a clear message and support it with a compelling combination of images and short blocks of text.

d) All text on the objectives, methods, results and conclusions need to be kept brief.

e) Every element, including graphs and tables must be easily readable from a distance of 1 meter.

f) Consider how best to use colors, photos, charts, and pictures to enhance the information.

g) Be creative!
