Registration information > Non-presenter registration

Registration for non presenters is free. Due to the limited capacity of the venues, poster session, lunches, closure diner are restricted to speakers and poster presenters only. Non-presenters can attend the oral presentations by registering on the following form. The first 70 registrations will be given a seat. Names will be checked at the beginning of each session to ensure that attendee are registered on the non-presenters list. This registration does not allow you to attend lunches, the poster session, the outreach events or the closing banquet.
