On-Campus Accommodation

Accommodation is provided from Sunday May 19th to Sunday May 26th for presenters students and non students who required one during registration. Accommodation can not be requested anymore.

The rooms (9m2-dormitory rooms) are located on the University campus and are only a few minutes walk away from the conference site (see map). Sheets, one blanket and one pillow are provided with the room (but we warn you that they are from low quality material).  

Information about check-in and check-out :

 Wifi is not installed in the rooms so you need to bring a type RJ45 cable (cable "ethernet") 

Rooms are located in the Dorm B (see map). Sheets will be already placed in your room.

Keys will have to be picked up from the front-desk of one of the dormitory according to the CHECK-IN table. You will have to present your ID.

Before departure:

You will be asked to leave the sheets in the room.

You will have to leave your keys at the front-desk of one of the dormitory according to the CHECK-OUT table.
